New Music: Brandy and Monica – It All Belongs To Me (HQ)

Brandy and Monica’s long-awaited sequel to their 1998 hit “The Boy Is Mine” premiered on Atlanta’s V-103 radio station moments ago. The new single, “It All Belongs To Me” picks up where the first part left off and finds the ladies back in familiar territory. Two versions of the song have been recorded, with this version to feature on Monica’s upcoming album, New Life (Due out in April), as well as Brandy’s forthcoming album in May.

I’ll be completely honest, there’s no way in my mind this song could have lived up to “The Boy Is Mine”. “It All Belongs To Me”is definitely a different type record. It gives me ‘Grown & Sexy’….which I love. I don’t quite exactly know what I was expecting, but I’m definitely pleased with the outcome! Bring on the albums!
